Add dynamic records
I want to add the dynamic record insertion to master zone features.
New user type -> dyn
It will be able to refresh it's dynamic record through a backend webservice.
Normal user who owned the zone (!= the dynamic user) will can create dynamic up to two records (admins will can create more than two per zone).
